Hello and welcome to Support Squad. We provide flexible, reliable support for busy families and individuals, helping to ease the demands of everyday life. Whether you need assistance running your home, support with children aged 8 and above, or help keeping your space clean and organised, we’re here for you. Our services also include professional cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleans, delivered with care and attention to detail.

A Note From The Founders

We understand that everyone’s needs are different so a one to one consultation will be arranged to agree your requirements. Our staff are hand-picked, trained & nurtured through the business to provide the best care for you and your family. Our tailored approach will find you someone that has life skills which can be utilised to help you run a happy home.

All of our staff have enhanced DBS checks & are fully insured.

Below you can find answers to questions you may be wondering about Support Squad and how we operate.

How much do your services cost?

We do not price our services individually, we charge £22.50 per hour or part thereof. The time that you have purchased can be tailored to meet your needs across the services we offer & maximise efficiency in your home.

E.g 2 hours = £45
– Be prepared & present for children coming in from school
– ⁠Prepare/serve/clear up children’s meal
– ⁠Tidy/hoover as required

Do you offer care for younger children?

We offer childcare for children 8+ to ensure our staff can be effective in meeting the needs of your family & home. All our staff are DBS checked, and trained in first aid and health & safety.

Do you offer transport to / from school?

This is not a service we currently offer as standard but it can be discussed & arranged on a bespoke basis.

Do you offer laundry / ironing services?

This is not part of our standard offering but we are happy to discuss & quote to cater for your specific needs.

Do I have to have children to book your services?

Absolutely not, we can support any home. Just contact us to discuss your needs!

How do I pay my bill?

Payment will be requested at the point of booking via bank transfer. Any additional hours agreed would then need to be added & paid.

I recently contacted support Squad when we had some booked someone to come do a house clean and some desperate house duties who unfortunately had to cancel, I had a busy day of meetings at work and family arriving from out of town that very afternoon to stay for a week. Within an hour of my SOS call they had a team member sent over who did a fantastic job and saved the day taking away the stress and juggle I would have had, I cant recommend this service enough, they can help with so many things to support busy, working families ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
